The spool welding robot SWR, a collaborative welding robot for prefabricated pipe sections, significantly increases productivity and operational utilization in pipe production, delivers welding work of the highest quality while improving welder ergonomics by avoiding forced positions during welding.

The SWR was especially developed for welding all types of rotationally symmetrical pipes and small pressure vessels. Designed for use in the production shops and indoors, it is able to weld flanges, T-pieces, manifolds, reducers and more.
